Hello Everyone

Hope you are all doing just fine. Just wanted to share some news with you. Some of you have spoken with our gal Diana, one of our company partners. She recently was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer so she needs all your prayers and good thoughts sent her way. She would really appreciate that. She's in good spirits and with a very positive attitude!

We'll keep you posted.

Thank You so much. Have a good day and be safe.

Hello all,

Just a follow up on the LP-E6 for the Canon D5 MarkII Camera. We have had some issues arise with this new battery. We contacted our Manufacturer and discovered that the chips he received for this battery were not 100% complete and cannot be charged on the original chargers (as some of you may have already discovered). - Not good for any of us. We will be waiting to get new batteries with the 100% info chip in and will again let you know when they are available. Sorry for any inconvenience to customers who ordered this battery. We of course are going to reimburse those who bought it as soon as the merchandise is returned to us.

Hope you all have a great weekend and consider us for your back to school laptop battery and laptop adapter needs. I feel for those who contact us to see how quickly we can get a battery or charger to them because all their work to be turned in on the following Monday or a couple of days away is in the computer and they have no power. Pretty scary. That is the time to make sure you have a copy of important things on a storage devise or a back up adapter at least (batteries can loose their charge if they a left sitting around waiting to be used, so are best ordered as needed).

Catch you later,
Just Diana

Hello there - Just Diana again.

A little update on the new chargers coming in . . . I said by the middle of August, but we just got an update today from the manufacturer and it is looking more like the beginning of September. Sorry about that.

We got some good feedback from a customer today concerning third party batteries. He suggested we give some info referencing the battery cells and the safety features on our batteries. Just a little info on that . . .

All our cellls are either Sanyo or Panasonic, just like the OEM batteries carry. All are CE approved and must have 4 seperate safety devices. We will post a long version of these 4 safety features this week, for you and others to see. We have not to this date ever had a battery expolde.

Thanks again Damian!

Steve is going to get more info for you all on the safety devices in the camera batteries. We will post it soon.

Well, I best get back to work. It's always great to hear from you our customers. That's what we are all here in this world for, learning from each other as we share our thoughts and insights into things.

Have a great week,
Just Diana
